For the night before, the morning of, while she's in surgery, and after.
Lord, I bring You my wife.
Tomorrow they take her into surgery, and I would carry it for her if I could.
Be in that room where I cannot follow —
steady every hand, still every fear,
and bring her safely, successfully through.
Guard the life we've built and the years still ahead.
